Adobe - Irish Revenue

Brief: To modernize the existing PAYE anytime interface in visual aesthetics and user-experience.

Result: The project involved working closely with other Adobe Consulting employees (Flex Developers and Information Architects) to experiment, challenge and learn about the existing system. As a result of our findings, we decided to re-develop the system to produce a better user experience for the Irish taxpayer.

The design had to consider all user journeys - from experienced web users to disabled visitors and Irish Gaelic users; whilst not sacrificing Adobe Consulting's best standards in design and pushing the boundaries in technology development.

The end result was a huge improvement over the existing system and has been hailed as a leading example of online tax interfaces.
